Refund policy
At TestaFinds, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- To initiate a return, contact us at your store email with your order number
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
